April Roberts has been representing civil litigation clients from case inception through resolution for over fifteen years. From Real Estate, Contract, Employment, Business, Probate/Trust litigation, Elder/Dependent Abuse, Unlawful Detainer and Adversary Proceedings in Bankruptcy, on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.
She has represented hundreds of debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Attorney Roberts represents both consumers/debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
